APPOINMENTS AND SCHEDULING
If you need an appointment, you may call our office, and we will be glad to assist you in scheduling your appointment. Please have your information, including all employer and insurance information available when scheduling.
Unless it is an emergency, Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists are unable to see any patient without an appointment. The schedule is filled well in advance. We encourage you to bring family members and/or friends to your visit, but please understand that Dr. Arnold will not be able to treat them unless they also have an appointment. We will do our best to see you in a timely fashion
We request that all appointments be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists and the rest of our patients. We understand that emergencies may arise from time to time, however, if adequate notice is not given, you may be responsible for payment of any non-cancelled appointments.
Please be aware that all appointments are scheduled with an estimate of the time involved for treatment. However, we are not always able to anticipate all of our patients needs. There are instances where a wait time may occur. We understand you may be anxious, however, please remember we will spend as much time with you as with the remainder of our patients. We will make every effort to inform you of any potential delays in your appointment time.
